Our professional accredited Leader as Coach qualification is a coaching skills course delivered over 5 half-days. The course covers an introduction to coaching, coaching fundamentals, the use of coaching models and tools, and coaching in an organizational context. This course will provide all the tools needed to develop a 'coach approach' and coaching mindset, providing a solution-focused approach within the workplace.
